Although Valérie and Céleste don't really hang out in the tourist hot-spots – or for that matter anywhere near them – what visual guide to Paris could begin otherwise? Included here: the Louvre; the Panthéon; Montmartre; the Arc de Triomphe; the George Washington equestrian statue at Place d’Iéna; the Place de la Bastille; the Porte Saint-Martin; the "La France renaissante" (France Reborn) sculpture at Pont de Bir Hakeim; and the Statue of Liberty on Île aux Cygnes.
